Prototype & Demo Sprint
A fixed block of hours (roughly 60–90) to take an idea to a working, demoable prototype. Invoiced at kickoff.
A Prototype & Demo Sprint turns an idea into something people can click, use and react to — fast enough to put in front of investors, customers or your own team while the conversation is still warm. We agree the story the demo has to tell, cut everything that does not serve it, and build a working prototype on real infrastructure: real sign-in, real data shapes, a private URL and invite-only access. It is a fixed block of senior hours, invoiced at kickoff, so the price is known before we start and the scope is what fits inside the block. At the end you have a demo you can run yourself, a script for running it, and a written view of what the full build would take.
Size it to fit.
An interim estimate anchored to this service’s base price. A senior on the development & technology bench returns a fixed-price scope within 24 hours. Nothing is charged at reserve.
What you get.
What a sprint is for
Use a sprint when a decision is waiting on something people can see: a raise, a pilot, a partner meeting, an internal yes. The prototype is built to prove the idea works and to make the next conversation concrete. The flows that matter work end to end; everything else is shown plainly as a next step rather than faked.

How the hours are used
Day one fixes the demo script: who is watching, what they need to believe, and the three or four moments that carry it. From there we build in short loops with a working link you can open every day. Anything that does not move the script goes on a parked list you keep, so nothing is lost and nothing quietly eats the block.

What you leave with
A deployed prototype on a private URL with invite-only access, a click-path demo script with the wrong turns marked, a short recording of the walkthrough, and a decision memo: what held up, what did not, and a fixed-price scope for the next phase. If you continue with us, the prototype's code and data model carry forward instead of being thrown away.
