Problem
Atlas Press’s newsroom was bottlenecked on a creaky CMS and a manual drafting process that capped how much it could publish.
Approach
We built a custom editorial CMS with an AI drafting assistant in the loop — fast block editing, structured review, and assisted first drafts.
Outcome
The newsroom quadrupled its publish rate without adding headcount, and editors spent their time editing rather than fighting tools.
