Problem

Ridgeway was spending across a dozen channels with no trustworthy view of what was actually driving funded accounts.

Approach

We built a multi-touch attribution model and a set of exec dashboards on top of their warehouse, then ran a reallocation against what the data showed.

Outcome

Blended CAC fell 41% in a quarter as spend moved off vanity channels onto the ones that converted.
